I am a Psychotherapist, Couple Counsellor and Mediator working with young people, adults and couples. I have worked for a leading NHS psychiatric hospital and private clinic in London UK. I now work globally online.

 

As an Integrative psychotherapist, my approach is informed by psychoanalytic and psychodynamic theories as well as CBT. I work with a diverse range of ethnicity, cultures and difference in a way that sets the foundation for an effective therapeutic relationship.

 

My interest lies in neuroscience and the intricate connection between mind and body. This led to undertaking doctoral research in the field of  Medically Unexplained Symptoms (MUS) and chronic pain. I engage in regular continued professional development to ensure I maintain a high level of clinical excellence. 

 

I am a member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and hold the following degrees and qualifications:
